People can't campaign about both?
No no, you have to only care about women in Afghanistan! You have to only care when it's Yazidi girls being raped by ISIS! If you dare talk about anything relatively less horrific, you don't have the brain capacity to care about more than one thing at once.
I hate this oversimplified "you're either actively discussing this issue or you don't care" attitude people have on the internet. Just because we want to talk about one particular issue at this time, it doesn't mean we've forgotten about everything else.

"Ironically like the nativist far-Right, which despises multiculturalism, but benefits from its ideas of difference to scapegoat the other and to promote its own white identity politics; these postmodernists, leftists, feminists and liberals also use multiculturalism, to side with the oppressor, by demanding respect and tolerance for oppression characterised as 'difference', no matter how intolerable." - Maryam Namazie
