You keep saying this, but do you have any sort of statistic or source to prove that a man is less likely to rape women who are dressed "modestly?"
If this is the case, then why do so many women in the Middle East still get raped if they are covered head to foot in black sheets?
Imagine what happens when the same greedy men come to another land where women dress differently, oh wait wasn't that just in the news; European women getting raped by supposed Muslims.
I admitted that it was probably a marginal difference at best, and that greed is the issue in general.
