1. The benefits of Ramadan fasting are found in the link. You didn't refute anything.
2. Ramadan = no food from sunrise to sunset = fasting.
3. This is more than just "turning the eating timetable upside down" because we do it for 12 hours while we are awake without any water.
4. You only said that it "seems" to you that the idea of fasting was stolen from the Hindus, but of course, that's not an evidence.
5. I don't want to repeat myself anymore and this is off-topic anyways. You can ask me questions if you want to but I'm not going to argue about this.
