I object to people withholding aid until the hope part has been bought from the snake oil salesman. I object to the "hopeful" message of telling people in the middle of an AIDS epidemic that condoms are evil. I object to people spreading the message that homosexuality is evil and should be punished by jail or death and pushing these laws onto countries they have no business being involved in. I object to the idea that your version of "hope" brings rape, death, and beatings to homosexuals doing nothing more than existing in their societies. I object to the very idea that your particular brand of "hope" is what a person needs after a natural disaster, in lieu of food, shelter, medical care, and money to rebuild. It must be nice to see a brand new church built while your house and all your belongings are strewn about.
