Suicide weapons have always been easily available in North America, and it's a poor solution for high suicide rates to try and take the weapons. This is a different issue, which requires it's own solution, which is least likely some obnoxious, chauffered and privately bodyguarded liberal dick breathing down the necks of poor citizens, rural or urban.
