How is that an error?
There are people who say that two books of the Old Testament, written a century (give or take a bit) apart should not have long identical passages. One person commented that it was proof that the book was not written by god, and was not divinely inspired. I do not think it is an error. As I said in a previous post, we know that it was common practice to copy from older texts.
