We have courts for a reason, and the accused have constitutional rights, including the right to a lawyer and the right to face their accuser. We cannot allow our emotions to rule us as a society, it is ok to be angry about the nature of the charge, any parent would be, but it is not ok to blame the system every time an outcome doesn't go your way.
When there is clear and compelling evidence against the accuser and that evidence is unjustly withheld in said court proceedings, then the accused is getting away with their crimes. People need to stop walking around and pretending like corruption doesn't exist. If anyone thinks our justice system is fair, they obviously aren't paying attention. Such is this case.
Again, if that is the case, then you need to change the laws to prevent that. But if you are going to accuse a judge of misconduct, then where do you go to get him removed? That is in place as well. The two judges who owned stock in the private prison got arrested for fraud and went to prison for it.
Again, without being in that particular court, and without knowing the history of that one judge, simply getting pissed about this call says nothing. Nobody said you had to like it.
