You are relying on outdated information. The latest findings are that several top secret documents were effectively copy / pasted and sent insecurely by Clinton and her aides during the time she was Secretary of State.

The State department denies they were classified at the time, and of course they would; they are on Clinton's side. However intelligence officials say otherwise:

It was also discovered recently that the State department created a classified email for Clinton to use, and she never used it. Ask yourself, if she never used the email she was supposed to use for classified information, how did she send / receive classified information by email? Either she never did, which is unlikely, or she sent / received it via her personal email server.
