Your use of the word "limits" is very telling.

Maybe you should use the word "preferences" or "skills".

For example, I have known plenty of women who could beat up a man using martial arts. People adapt to their own particular skills. So men with more upper body strength often hold their ground and slug it out whereas women can be more flexible and faster, hitting their opponent in unexpected ways. The same goes for men who are of a more slender build. And women who have a heavy build are more likely to fight like men.

Referring to boxing matches is disingenuous because there you are limiting your sample to the very top athletes, rather than using a cross sample of the population. But by saying "respect their natural limits by not crossing them" you are arguing that there is a clear cut off between the two genders when there is only a tendency for them to have certain characteristics.
