Trump posted a split picture with his plastic wife in a pose on one side and a frame grab of Cruz' wife in the middle of talking (an unflattering expression) on the other. It's such a juvenile act and sure to infuriate women. I think this might be the most undignified and unpresidential thing he's said or done yet. This is the kind of thing teenage boys do.
This scare the shit out of sane people. To even have this guy running sets a dangerous precedent for long term politics. He may be great for ratings and cable TV, but this is not a person anyone should want holding our highest office. Frat keg party language isn't what a diplomat does or should act like. And he is a fucking hypocrite because he'd have any employee fired if they talked to his customers the way he does the public. Animal House was a movie, not a political playbook.
