Looking on that webpage there is a photo of him in WW1 and it seems that he took later facial image from his dog

The caption says: (shown left-under x) during World War I [1914 - 1918] with fellow German soldiers. The dog had the name Fuchsl and was actually Hitler's pet during the war until it was stolen from him.
I mean you must admit that the dog looks like future Hitler. He even re-imagined his name Fuchsl > Führer.
