I take it you ask every person you have sex with what age they are? 0.o
Mood killer

It does matter how old someone looks, it matters how fat someone looks, it matters what color your food and drink are colored. Appearance is tied strongly with how much we want something.

Yet....you keep arguing.
It does not matter if they used force, candy bars, or a joyride in a 450 SL. She's 6 years under the Age of Consent even in that fucked up state.
End of story.
Consent between those engaging in sex means it is not rape.
Belief of age is the best a person could be reasonably expected to pay attention to. Sex is often a spontaneous event that is unplanned and is not necessarily expected. To suggest that people find all manners of legal documentation regarding the age, medical records, and what have you before they have sex is rather ridiculous.
If this girl *was* whoring herself out (I don't see the full information on the case), and convinced all of these men that she was of the correct age... then she has essentially conned each of these men. When it comes to gang rape, that is rape and should be punished. But individually and with her consent? The men would then be but the victims of a conwoman.
Is it so awful to argue that we have more information before passing judgment of the law upon these men (or this lass)?
