Or you could go to play store and download an app called "clean master" .
It has an inbuilt functionality called battery saver, which hibernate apps (temporarily) every time you switch your screen off, you can also put it on hibernate while you are using your device. It finds the battery draining apps, report it to you and ask you to hibernate it. Other functions include boosting your device by clearing your ram, which basically makes your device smoother and stuff
