No dude, what I'm saying is that a "deaf born child did not receive cochlear implants" mandate that everyone else be made deaf just to make things more fair.
I'm saying the good of the many should out weigh the good of the individual. or in this case the good of the 99% of the population outweigh the good of the 1%ers.
