Again, it's not the transexuals that this law exposes women and children to. It's the warp minded pervert who has no problem putting on a dress so he can be in that stall next to you or your daughter, or worse yet plant a camera. Are you so nieve as to think only a transgendered person would be so bold as to wear womens clothing to enter a bathroom?
What's stopping them from doing it now? I've known several cross-dressers who could easily pass the "is-that-a-woman-at-a-glance-test". Or do you suppose that all would-be perverts/rapists are so obviously masculine in appearance that they would need the cover of the transgender community to pull off your scenario?
