And if you were to alert the police upon seeing him, how would he prove he was a female?
Pull out his birth certificate? How many people carry that around with them?
Pull down his pants? And then be fined when he refuses to comply? Or worse; allows his privacy and basic human rights to be violated?
The government will never go through the time or effort to place a third restroom in public areas all across the country, and we both know that.
Easy and simpler solution: Let the transmen pee in the men's room. And let the transwomen pee in the women's bathroom. You aren't solving the problem by stopping it. You are creating more.
