A Simple Solution To The Bathroom Wars

Changing building codes is always a big thing. How would opening  both doors to both sexes change building codes?

I imagine that would be the interim solution for existing buildings, until building owners decide to close one restroom, take out all the plumbing, and turn it into a storage closet.

But for new buildings under construction, it would be a simple matter to design them with a single unisex restroom for each floor.

And then again, I guess building owners wouldn't have to go to unisex restrooms, but they'd have to make sure they are clearly marked as not unisex. Not that it would matter much because there would still be individual stalls for people do conduct business in.
