The man himself isn't required to have a business. If he does have one there are laws that say a business cannot discriminate. It's not remotely the same as trying to force women to have sex with men they don't want to sleep with.
I don't believe you think it's the same either.
I'm not saying the two situations are entirely equal. But I don't see it as totally dissimilar.
A man owns a business, he chooses who he wants to work for him. If he makes a good choice he lives happily ever after. If he makes a bad choice he loses business, becomes bankrupt.
A woman owns her body. She decides who she breeds with. If she chooses well she has good looking healthy babies and lives happily ever after. A woman makes bad choices she no longer wants to be with the father of the child, she has ugly stupid babies.
You said you can't imagine what it would be like to be a trans person in a place where you're discriminated against and the law wouldn't protect you.
My point is that there are discriminatory acts going on that are just as bad that go on in nature all the time and the law can't interfere with the situation and actually goes against the person being discriminated against.
I don't know why your telling me a man isn't required to own a business.
I'm telling you because as an individual he's not being forced to do anything. When he makes his own personal choice to own a business they he must follow the laws that come with that. The ones he knew about before opening his business.
And yea...your analogy is still fucking ridiculous and obtuse.
