This your binary religious thinking coming to the fore. Thinking that people are either male or female.
As has been pointed out to you many times, it is NOT THE CASE.
You will have shared a bathroom with a pre-operative transsexual before and not even realised it. This wouldn't have happened if they had a completely male body. As I told you before, it's actually possible for a pre-operative male to female to use a public swimming pool and wear a bikini and not be noticed. All they have to do is tuck their penis between their legs between their testicles, wear a pair of speedos two or three sizes too small and then wear a bikini over it.
How can a very reshaping of a very small area of the body, the crotch, mean that the entire body is male or female?
And again, as pointed out to you many times before, pre-operative transsexuals will have to spend at least a year passing as a woman, looking like a woman, not a man in drag, but as a woman. In reality it takes many more years. So what you are demanding is that a woman, who has breasts, female fat distribution, weaker muscles and who looks and passes as a woman, and who s accepted is such by everyone, should use male toilets.
And why should they be out at greater risk of physical and sexual abuse and be humiliated? Because you get creeped out from the idea, not the experience, but the idea, that you may have to share a locker room with them.
Yet this is still less than what the new bill is demanding. They specify that even post-operative transsexuals have to use the bathroom of their birth gender. So in NC a trans woman with a vagina now has to use male toilets and trans men have to use female toilets.
