That would be an unreal science fiction scenario so answering it wouldn't really help anything. I'd probably wake up and possibly sell my story to the newspapers that I'd magically been given a vagina overnight and ask to keep my identity a secret, masturbate loads and experience the female orgasm multiple times, then maybe if I don't like it hopefully pay for surgery to get a cock back. I don't know how to respond to you because I cannot tell if you're intentionally being annoying or if you genuinely cannot decipher when you should take something literally and when you should not.
