That would be an unreal science fiction scenario so answering it wouldn't really help anything.  I'd probably wake up and possibly sell my story to the newspapers that I'd magically been given a vagina overnight and ask to keep my identity a secret, masturbate loads and experience the female orgasm multiple times, then maybe if I don't like it hopefully pay for surgery to get a cock back.  I don't know if I'd trust the NHS to do it but maybe they're not so bad.

You're asking me to imagine I wake up tomorrow with a vagina.  That is a ridiculous scenario with a ridiculous answer.

If you ask me to empathize with people who feel they are born in the wrong bodies I can only do that to the extent that I feel jealous of other people's bodies all the time.

I won't lie and say I can totally empathize with what someone who is transgender is going through.

1) I'm not transgender.
2)I can't feel other people's feelings.

I can empathize to the extent that someone is in distress and I hope they get what they're looking, they have the money for their surgery or some organization funds it. but I don't think it's worth tens of thousands of pounds of NHS money considering the state of the NHS right now.
