Listen bro,in a fair system with equal opportunities when less women hold positions of power, it doesn't mean oppression, it means incompetence. We are actually restructuring a lot of stuff so that the system is unfair towards men and more favored towards women (do some research)and even now less women are in positions of power(Although increasing, slowly..) .
