UK.
Whites are less likely to achieve basic educational qualifications (GCSEs in England and Wales, also known as Nationals in Scotland) and minorities are more likely to attend universities than whites.
Majority of those living in impoverished areas are whites.
And the majority of people living in poverty are white because we're a majority white country. Saying "most poor people are white" as if white people are more likely to be poor is a game of wordplay. In a country where 87% of the population are white, you would expect a good number of said white people to live in poverty and to probably outnumber the non-whites who live in poverty as well. Exactly the same way that in America (3/4 white) you'd expect most welfare recipients to also be white.
What I will say is this however - I do think that "race issues" are not as deeply entrenched in The UK as they are in America. Slavery never happened on British soil, so we don't have a long-established black population who have the overhang of all the slavery issues that American blacks have, nor have we had segregation (forced or not) or KKK-like lynchings. I would say on the whole British blacks are very integrated compared to American blacks.
That does not mean that racism doesn't exist here and that white privilege doesn't exist on any level here. It might not be as complex and deeply-rooted a system as The USA has, but it does exist here. There's more to racism than just "the big shit" like slavery, lynchings and segregation. It's systematically disadvantages people who are not the privileged race/s at pretty much every possible hurdle they can come across in their lives.
