Thanks everyone. I was just really frustrated because this Tuesday will be my third biopsy after the colposcopy and every time all we learn is that further testing is needed to be sure of anything. What is even the point testing to tell you if you nee the test that tells you if you need more tests? Ugh
And the thing with my doctor, I get it. We don't know anything for sure. But I still want to know what is next. I wanted him to take the time to say "after your next biopsy if A we will do X, if B we will do Y, or if C we will do Z" but he was so busy telling me we didn't know anything yet that he couldn't stop to tell me what happens once we do know.
The word biopsy in itself is scary. The word cancer...
I don't like that word.
Luckily cervical cancer is general not fatal even when it isn't caught early. It can be as easy as scraping off part of your cervix a lot of the time. But it's still scary and I still wish I had more info.
Plus, I don't know why doctors think biopsies don't hurt because they really don't feel nice.
