I am so sick of people making her the scapegoat.
Hillary has never controlled the entire congress, and especially not every seat over the past 40 years.
At best if anyone wants to accuse her of being center right, that is not because she holds all the cards, but because of 40 years of cold war bullshit from the right, that has caused all our politicians, not just her, to be too compromising with the 1% trying to stupidly prove we are not commies.
You want someone to blame for our growing plutocracy, blame Reagan's deregulation and union busting. And in that same time our voters in that same period have SUCKED at putting pressure on our politicians to pull back to the left. That has caused our politicians to be controlled by the GOP narrative.
Hillary is not the entire history of power, she is not a lone dictator.
Our voters, just the voters, are still progressives, still have the right ideas of equal pay for women, the right for women to control their own bodies. We want AS VOTERS affordable health care, livable wages and cheap and or free higher education. We have not gotten that to a great degree because for the past 40 years we have sucked at our ground game, especially with mid terms. And we have allowed the right to paint progressives as evil.
Hillary is not the enemy anymore than she is a magic pill. It still takes the entire congress AND the voters to change things.
Trump is the problem. The GOP is the problem. The 1% are the problem. The only thing our democratic politicians can be rightfully accused of is being held hostage by their 40 year bullshit cold war narrative.
