I can't believe you've left off visiting the best place in the world for human beings to live, the SF bay area. (No extreme heat, no extreme cold and no extreme humidity.) But that's okay.
Reminds me I should announce an upcoming trip of my own. Friday morning I'm driving to Fresno with the pups in tow to attend an opening of a show my wife is in at the Fresno Art Museum. (She is doing testing at the NIH in D.C. and can't come.) I've already found a few things I want to do. (Check out the Forestiere Underground Gardens in Fresno. Weird/cool and I've never been.) Along with investigating an interesting dog park with a swimming hole and checking out Roeding park, I'll have some time before the opening in the evening. Not sure if anyone here lives in that valley. Let me know.
