Could you please expand on this comment.
Synergistic effects occur when 2 drugs administered together interact in a way that their combined effects are greater than the sum of each effect given alone. e.g. Hydrochlorothiazide combined with lisinopril can create synergistic effects. There are also Antagonist effects with combined drugs e.g. 1 + 1 = less than 2 & additive effects when combined drugs effect by 1 + 1 = 2
Idiosyncratic is an unexpected pharmacology reaction etc.
