Or nothing as drastic. Just going to an ER. Rule of thumb, as I said, something you never experienced before or gives you some kind of dread, off to the doctors.
Not knowing how old general is, I can't say what's normal or what isn't. But growing up I had extreme pains in my leg joints. It was just business as usual while my bones kept growing, I was already 17 at the time. But if it had been in my chest, I wouldn't know if I had taken it as normal.
