Are you a guy or a girl, if you don't mind me asking? I ask because heart attack symptoms present more obviously in guys than girls, which means if you're a girl and you're experiencing chest pain with arm pain you should be calling 911 right now.
Like everyone else, I advise you get it checked out regardless. You're better off just making sure.
