You make a statement that rational thought would never lead you to believe...<snip>. How do you arrive at that conclusion? In my understanding... non belief is what a person has before they are able to rationalise. Belief is a result of a rational process. Otherwise it would be unsustainable. You, no doubt, believe what you do about anything using said process.

PS your hostility towards the lovely Sae is misguided. She means you no harm.. you seem to have misinterpreted what she's saying.

and in terms of your question yes you are right. i was rushing to write out my introduction and guess i wrote a bit of absolute bollocks without really knowing what i was saying.

what i meant to say really, is that in my opinion believing in god is irrational, because there is no hard evidence. whereas being an atheist which is a lack of belief is far more so. hope you understand
