Some men really own the bald head and make it sexy. I don't think a bald head is an ugly thing in itself, depends how well you embrace it. Much better to shave off whatever's left than try clinging to that rat tail you can still grow at the back. Maybe grow out a designer stubble to make up for what's missing on top.
