If you go to school, then you need to tell a school nurse; at least that way it can be documented. Most nurses know how to use a stethoscope, and so, they should be able to tell if you are having a murmur, valve problem, etc., but, of course, only a true MD can diagnose you, and so, eventually, you're going to need to see a family doctor, if not a cardiologist.
