Being a "twink" is a lot of things; Young, skinny, completely hairless (even around the nipples), Pre-pubescent looking, typically pale and blonde, and looking more like a lesbian than a gay man. So basically, Justin Bieber and One Direction minus Zayn.
Also that guy with the beard on the right in that photo, yum. Probably the only one in that photo I'd bang.
