Why do women slut shame men? They should slut shame women more than they already do

To an extent both men and women deserve to be slut shamed.

Women have always been slut shamed because before welfare and reliable contraception having sex with lots of men would result in unwanted children with no supportive father that the rest of the family would have to help take care of or maybe some cuckhold type husband would come along with enough resources to take care of the kids who aren't his own.  This goes along with STD risk too.

And a man would be in exactly the same position, he's having sex with lots of women, he doesn't intent to stick around and take care of the children.  He might be a great skillfully linguistic pick up artist, the family of the young women won't give a fuck about that, they will give a fuck about their daughter/niece/sister being with a man who will take care of her in the long run.

I think it can be less of an issue these days with contraception involved, I've met women who have been meticulously careful in terms of contraception and protection from STDs and there's no reason why they shouldn't be able to not have children and have lots of sex.  As long as they're paying their own way in terms of contraception and living their life why should anyone want to disturb them?

Now I think slut shaming can be a confusing term, because some people think because men aren't called sluts as often they aren't slut shamed, but in my mind men get the same treatment but with different names, like scum, filth, dirty bastard, sleeze, slime, pervert and so on and so on.

Also I'm not hypocritical about this, I slut shame myself for having unprotected sex with women I don't intend to stay with.  I don't call myself a slut, I tell myself Paul what the fuck are you actually doing with your life you total moron.  And recently it's actually started to work, I'm now beginning to be terrified of not using a condom and talking to the girl about contraception.

Anyway, in conclusion.... slut shaming didn't evolve as part of human behavior because for a woman having sex is less skillful and for a man you have to be a good pickup artist or whatever it is you were talking about in the first post of the thread.

It evolved in communities to warn young horny men with balls the size of melons and young horny fertile women to be careful who they have sex with to avoid children being born into a family unit without a father.  To think about the long term consequences of sex which would have been even more serious in a time without contraception.
