Nobody actually gave him 50-50 custody, I doubt the exact words of the judge were that if the husband were there he'd have been given 50-50 custody, even if it were if the person Losty claimed to have stabbed her were present, she could've easily showed that he attempted murder and get the kid.
This didn't actually happen, guy didn't even show up. If he did, Losty showed he has attempted murder and the judge still gave 50-50 custody then all this enrage would make sense.
@Losty, how many months pregnant were you when he stabbed you? Do you know why he did it? I hope he's serving jail time, he is isn't he?
