It is very common for victims of domestic abuse to stay quiet.

We're talking about a deep wound that was caused by a stabbing on a 8 months pregnant woman by her husband. Shit should've been all over the news. She said there was a witness, why didn't the witness report this then? Or why didn't the hospital report this to the officials? Something as vile as this happens and it's as if it never happened?
