So what you are saying is.. you worship a abusive tyrant because you are afraid of hell and would rather be in heaven with said abuser because you are
afraid of him/her/it in so many many words...... And yes god did favor certain groups over another.... he went from one group then to another and said
kill those guys and finally ended up with the jewish people.
Then also why would i want my sins forgiven anyways...? Is it not right to stand up and take the punishment instead of
being a coward and dumping onto someone instead of facing said punishment.
I worship God because he is my creator and loves me. Also, it didn't end with Jews. They were close to wiped out in 70 AB and have been persecuted ever since. Salvation is for any person, regardless of race or nationality. You go ahead and face punishment. I wouldn't call myself a coward, but rather smart.
