The 'knowledge of God as ultimate good' redefinition of omnibenevelent doesn't work when all the shitstain has to do is present himself, a trivial task for an omnipresent and omnipotent being. Allowing natural disasters to happen for some undefined and unknowable good is also an intellectually dishonest cop out when referring to the same jackass that intentionally wiped out all but a handful of humanity because his feelings were hurt.
Your God is a first rate cunt whether he exists or not. The problem arises when idiots endeavor to twist logic and abuse language to justify it instead of being honest and saying they love him despite obvious faults. Confirmation bias on steroids; it's disgusting and pathetic.
Your line of reasoning reminds me of a story today where the father of a convicted rapist is bemoaning the fact that '20 minutes of action' has caused his son to lose his swimming scholarship and appetite whilst proclaiming that his son should avoid earned incarceration to go on a speaking tour to warn others of the dangers of alcohol and sexual promiscuity. There's really no excuse for passionately attempting to exonerate evil. Like the father of the rapist you wish to live in a world of zero accountability.
Your God is an immoral tyrant by any reasonable definition. The fact that you exonerate him for everything only demonstrates your willingness to stand by and watch humanity get fucked over in exchange for a scrap he may drop from his table.
We are fortunate that all we have to deal with are the unfortunate circumstances of nature rather than accept the lunacy that attends the notion that it's all part of some omniscient wizard's grand plan excused by 'mysterious ways'. Your an idiot for personally accepting this bullshit, but are truly loathsome for excusing it. The fact that you peddle this shit to others makes you a menace.
'Mysterious ways' is never philosophical, no matter how you dress it up.
