To circumcise or not to circumcise?

Male and female genital mutilation is frowned upon by the National Health service (NHS). Circumcision is usually not available on the NHS, however there are trusts that will do it even though they consider the risks outweigh any benefits, but they only do so to stop back street circumcisions ....

I feel sick at the thought. I've already read stories of botched circumcisions preformed by medical professionals, I can't imagine the horrors of back street circumcisions.
