I will have to get back to you and Napoleon. Currently I do not know of any non-muslim Qur'anic scholar off the top of my head. Napoleon's post give the impression that Google doesn't show any results.

Hi ruhollah, and welcome to the forums (if it is not presumptuous for me to welcome you, being a newcomer myself!). Would you consider Michael H. Hart to be a Qur'anic scholar? Could you provide examples of scholarly articles that he has written about Qur'anic interpretation or early Islamic history? From a quick perusal of the internet, he seems to be primarily an astrophysicist who is famous for putting Muhammad at the No. 1 spot in his book on the Top 100 most influential people.
