Hitler did quite a bit to build the German infrastructure , create jobs, strengthen the economy etc. Thats not revisionist. Claiming he didn't want a war IS.

That is revisionism and it's factually incorrect. In 1939 the country was on the brink of bankrupcy. That's why Hjalmar Schacht resigned as president of the Reichsbank, since his warnings weren't heard. Hitler needed the war and the ensuing loot to keep the boat floating.

Also, the economy was largely geared towards the military industrial complex. It created jobs but it also - see above - created unrepayable debt. Apart from that, there even was a butter shortage in Germany. So, no. Hitler didn't create a sustainable infrastructure. Only a bonfire with a sell by date. To take a modern day example without calling it a 1:1 blueprint: Think of Chavez, that's pretty much what Hitler did to the economy.
