Of course there is. And I hate when people use it. The prefix "ir" means not. We already have a word that means regardless. It's...regardless. So having a word that also means regardless when it's the same word with the prefix "ir" makes no sense. I hate when people use the word because it's a stupid word. Not because it isn't a word.
