Which experts tell you the beloved John actually wrong the Gospel of John? And based on what evidence, knowing that it wasn't ascribed to John until at least the second century?
Whoever wrote the Gospel of John also wrote 1, 2 and 3 John and obviously lived at the time of Jesus and was close to him. This is evident in reading the first four verses of 1 John.
