I find most of the touristy stuff really only needs to be done once. I'm barely a tourist when I go down there anymore
If you find yourself near Primrose Hill Park though it's great to go to the top of it. It's basically this park on a big hill and it gives you amazing views of the London Skyline. Went there on a sort of date last time but it's good on any kind of day out if you're nearby
