I take glucosamine chondriton for joint pain. Even CU has acknowledged it's good for that. Also, I take SAM-e, it has some joint helping characteristics and some positive mood effects. I've noted I'm rather sensitive to SAM-e and take 1/3 the dose, no need of being too perky, people take advantage.
I'm not big on vitamins, but I do take an iron supplement very occasionally, same for potassium.
And LOL, Prilosec. Just one a day, and if I miss it, I know by that evening I've made a mistake. I have a sis with Barrett's and I was headed there rapidly and the Prilosec fixed it virtually immediately.
This is more iffy, but I am FIRMLY convinced I'm one of the people that Prilosec has also fixed their hinky gall bladder. I was having the occasional 'attack', invariably triggered by something greasy in the evening (hello Village Inn has browns!) and while I'm careful to not press my luck beyond 2PM, I've not had a lick of gall bladder trouble in years. Sis didn't start the Prilosec in time to see if she would have been similarly lucky, but I'm almost unique in the family now as I approach 60 and still have my gall bladder.
As for a chronic sinus infection . . . .
Fuck.

The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
