No, that song was released for free, on the internet, by a band who releases all their music for free on the internet. They're angry, anarchistic, against the machine but also acknowledging the machine's existence. They're every bit as 'against the system' as other punk bands. that's why ASOB broke up in the first place, because the guys in that band felt like they were becoming to much a part of the 'industry.' Hence the new band, Bomb the Music Industry! Music is changing and punk and ska are not what they used to be. Go up and look at some of the other songs I posted, that is punk today, but it is also as angry as you claim punk is.
Punk may be a feeling and an attitude but it is a genre of music first and foremost. And music is constantly changing. That's fine if you don't like it...the beauty of music is that it can be enjoyed even decades after its creation. You might like Against Me! more than Bomb, though...they got me into punk:
