First, in your chrome address bar type
chrome://net-internals/#dns
then hit "clear host cache",
Select "sockets" from the top drop down and clear any socket pools, if any
then close all browsers
Open up your cmd as administrator (start menu -> cmd -> right click and select run as admin)
type: ipconfig /flushdns
