We're not freaks, you know (well, most of us aren't.)I imagine you have met more Vegans than I, but I have met a few in my time. Every single one I have met (we are talking VEGANS, not vegetarians, there is a difference) was extremist, emotionally unhinged, and frankly straight up weird. I mean weird in a bad way, not funny weird or amusing weird. The last Vegan I met in person was a control freak. She openly tried to tell people what to do, what to eat, how to act. I fed my friends snake a live mouse and she went nuts. She started crying and begging us not to feed the snake, she even openly wished out loud that the snake was a Vegan as well. We werent doing it to taunt her. We tried to keep it under wraps because we knew she would unhinge. Besides, we had two biology teachers there and I have always been a lover of raw reality. We even told her not to come in when she started walking in.
Im sure not EVERY Vegan is like that, but every single Vegan I have met (there is more) have been similar to her.

I can cook it up. My personal favorite is smoked beef brisket. I smoke it for about 6 or 7 hours slowly, mopping it with sweet wine and smoked on charcoal and mesquite chips. The fat lick is seasoned with 6 pepper, mrs dash, garlic pepper and a touch of cajun..OMG, that brisket is so tender when it comes out. It melts in your mouth.
Im also really good with pulled pork..my wife has an outstanding sauce. We take pork barbeque serious here in North Carolina.
