Try to relax though, LP. I'm sure everything is going to be just fine. [emoji846] Your wife made such a nice, comfy home for the little guy in there he just doesn't want to leave! [emoji7]
She hasnt bursted her waters yet. Just in to induce labor. When it starts I will be able to stay with her. Right now only during visiting hours.
That is so bazaar to me. I went into labor around midnight, my third time with my second child, drove myself to my friends house (yes I did.) Drive to the hospital, got there around 2am and my friend was in the room the entire time. They said I wasn't dilated enough and were going to send me back home. I told them fuck you, I am not leaving this hospital until I have my kid. My contractions were five minutes apart and had been for hours. They broke my water around 10am and induced me around two in the afternoon. I finally had her at 7:43pm and not once during all that did my friend ever have to leave the room. Even when I was getting my epidural, she stayed in the room.
Heck, by the afternoon, I even had other friends dropping by to see how I was doing. I was allowed two people in the room, even while pushing during hard labor.
Good luck LP. I hope your wife has your little one soon
