Holding a cork tightly over the bottle doesn't mean yer champagne's not ready to go. Asexuality is where your bottle is empty and there is no need to hold the cork on in the first place

I have a very healthy sexual drive. I just don't like to flaunt it online, unlike some people. I find that tasteless and unattractive.

I am also perfectly able to ignore my sexual drives, as well as a certain range of my feelings. This is not something I do on a regular basis, nor something that affects my behaviour in any significant way. It's just a mental skill that is very useful. People who don't have will never understand it.

And I can see how that's a useful 'skill', but that's not being asexual.
